There is no delay between anything that appears on my phone and anything that can be heard. As soon as you take your headphones out of the case, they connect to your phone. The buds are small in hand but fit well inside of the ears.

The case claims to store up to 10 hours of battery and I would say this is a very accurate claim. I have found myself without a need to charge my headphones for days on end. These buds last forever.
